{"id":3576,"date":"2026-09-02T15:33:36","date_gmt":"2026-09-02T15:33:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kopijer.pl\/zwroty-i-reklamacje\/"},"modified":"2026-09-03T19:42:47","modified_gmt":"2026-09-03T19:42:47","slug":"zwroty-i-reklamacje","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/kopijer.pl\/en\/zwroty-i-reklamacje\/","title":{"rendered":"Returns and Complaints"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns and Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We want shopping at Kopijer.pl to be simple even when you need to make a return or report a problem with an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return of a physical product<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Consumer making a distance purchase may, subject to exceptions provided by law, withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within <strong>14 days of receiving the product<\/strong>. Stanis\u0142awowska 47<br>54-611 Wroc\u0142aw<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In your message, you may provide the order number and the products being returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You do not have to give a reason for your decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returning the product<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After informing us of your withdrawal from the contract, the product should be returned no later than within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the product unless we state otherwise in a specific case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The product may be inspected to the same extent as would be possible when shopping in a physical store. The Customer may be liable for any reduction in value caused by using the product beyond that extent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following an effective withdrawal from the contract, we reimburse the payments received in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund also includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method available for the relevant order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund is made no later than 14 days after we receive notice of withdrawal from the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned product or proof that it has been sent back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Signed books<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The store offers books and sets bearing the author&#8217;s signature. Signed products are clearly identified in the store&#8217;s offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A standard author signature on an offered copy does not automatically mean that the right of withdrawal is lost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The situation may be different for a product prepared <strong>individually at the Customer&#8217;s request<\/strong>, e.g. a book with a named, personalized dedication prepared specifically for a particular person. In cases provided by law, the right of withdrawal may then not apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Digital products \u2013 ebooks and audiobooks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For ebooks, audiobooks and other digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire once delivery of the digital product begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This applies where the Customer previously gave express consent for delivery to begin before the 14-day period expired and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would be lost once performance began.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Complaints<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the product received:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">is damaged, does not match the order, has a defect, or the purchased digital content does not work properly, you may submit a complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please send complaints to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a>pawel@kopijer.pl<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">or to the address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2C CONSULTING Sp. z o.o.<\/strong><br>ul. Stanis\u0142awowska 47<br>54-611 Wroc\u0142aw<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is helpful to include in the complaint:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">the order number, product name, a description of the problem and\u2014if it may help resolve the matter\u2014photos of the damage or a screenshot showing the issue with the digital product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The absence of a receipt does not prevent a complaint from being submitted if the purchase can be confirmed in another way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consumer complaints are handled within the time limits required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detailed rules on returns and complaints can be found in the <strong>Kopijer.pl Store Terms and Conditions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Returns and Complaints We want shopping at Kopijer.pl to be simple even when you need to make a return or report a problem with an order.
