Returns and Complaints
We want shopping at Kopijer.pl to be simple even when you need to make a return or report a problem with an order.
Return of a physical product
A Consumer making a distance purchase may, subject to exceptions provided by law, withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. The same rule is set out in the current Store Terms and Conditions.
To request a return, contact us:
e-mail: pawel@kopijer.pl
or send a withdrawal statement to:
2C CONSULTING Sp. z o.o.
ul. Stanisławowska 47
54-611 Wrocław
In your message, you may provide the order number and the products being returned.
You do not have to give a reason for your decision.
Returning the product
After informing us of your withdrawal from the contract, the product should be returned no later than within 14 days.
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the product unless we state otherwise in a specific case.
The product may be inspected to the same extent as would be possible when shopping in a physical store. The Customer may be liable for any reduction in value caused by using the product beyond that extent.
Refund
Following an effective withdrawal from the contract, we reimburse the payments received in accordance with applicable law.
The refund also includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method available for the relevant order.
The refund is made no later than 14 days after we receive notice of withdrawal from the contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned product or proof that it has been sent back.
Signed books
The store offers books and sets bearing the author’s signature. Signed products are clearly identified in the store’s offer.
A standard author signature on an offered copy does not automatically mean that the right of withdrawal is lost.
The situation may be different for a product prepared individually at the Customer’s request, e.g. a book with a named, personalized dedication prepared specifically for a particular person. In cases provided by law, the right of withdrawal may then not apply.
Digital products – ebooks and audiobooks
For ebooks, audiobooks and other digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire once delivery of the digital product begins.
This applies where the Customer previously gave express consent for delivery to begin before the 14-day period expired and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would be lost once performance began.
Complaints
If the product received:
is damaged, does not match the order, has a defect, or the purchased digital content does not work properly, you may submit a complaint.
Please send complaints to:
or to the address:
2C CONSULTING Sp. z o.o.
ul. Stanisławowska 47
54-611 Wrocław
It is helpful to include in the complaint:
the order number, product name, a description of the problem and—if it may help resolve the matter—photos of the damage or a screenshot showing the issue with the digital product.
The absence of a receipt does not prevent a complaint from being submitted if the purchase can be confirmed in another way.
Consumer complaints are handled within the time limits required by applicable law.
Detailed rules on returns and complaints can be found in the Kopijer.pl Store Terms and Conditions.
