Online store regulations
The Dualrealm Chronicles online store, available at www.kopijer.pl, is run by the DR Studio Games is a simple joint-stock company, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001015410. The company's registered office is located in Katowice (40-653), at Juliusza Street Kossaka 7. We are registered under the NIP number: 9542850662, REGON number: 524273152.
Purchasing regulations
1. The Dualrealm Chronicles online store sells via the Internet. Orders are accepted via the website www.kopijer.pl.
2. All products/services offered in the www.kopijer.pl store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally introduced to the Polish market.
3. All prices given on the website www.kopijer.pl are gross prices (including VAT). The price applicable to the product at the time the Customer places the order is binding on the parties to the transaction.
4. We issue VAT invoices for each product/service sold.
5. We deliver the ordered goods via Polish Post and courier companies. The buyer is charged with the delivery costs specified in the delivery price list.
6. The following payment methods are possible:
o By bank transfer. After booking the ordered goods/services in our online store, an e-mail with the bank account number is sent. Immediately after the money is credited to our company's account, we process the order.
o Cash on delivery - cash upon receipt of the goods.
o Electronic transfer and payment card. the payment card operator is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniaowy, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, REGON 301345068.
7. In the case of certain types of products, the store reserves the right to limit the payment method by disabling the option of cash on delivery.
For some goods/services, the order processing time is given. It informs how many business days (or hours) usually elapse from the moment the order is confirmed or from the moment the payment for the order is recorded until the order is completed.
Parcels are delivered by Polish Post usually within 2-5 days. The store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Polish Post's failure to fulfill transport and postal service agreements.
8. Products and services are not covered by warranty.
9. In the event of a defect in the goods purchased in the Store, the Customer who is a consumer has the right to make a complaint based on the provisions on warranty in the Civil Code.
10. The Store will respond to the Customer's requests within 14 business days from the moment of reporting the defect of the goods.
11. A customer who is a consumer may withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
12. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to goods made to individual order (e.g. with an autograph or dedication).
13. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract begins with the delivery of the Product to the Customer who is a consumer or to a person other than the carrier indicated by him.
14. The Consumer may withdraw from the Agreement by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement to the Seller. To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the Agreement, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send a statement before the deadline.
15. The information available on the store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. By placing an order using the mechanisms available on the store's website, the customer submits an offer to purchase a specific product on the terms and conditions specified in the product description.
16. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code; Act on the provision of electronic services; Consumer Rights Act, Personal Data Protection Act
17. The owner of the online store makes every effort to ensure that the descriptions and technical data of the products/services placed in the store are consistent with reality. However, it is not responsible for incorrectly providing the parameters and properties of the product, or for their sudden change by its manufacturer. However, in any case where the data (including product descriptions and technical data) presented on the store's website on the day the consumer places the order does not correspond to reality, he has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of purchase. , in accordance with the provisions on withdrawal from a distance contract.
18. The Regulations define the rules for purchases in the Dualrealm Chronicles online store. Placing an order is tantamount to consent to all provisions and information contained in the regulations.
