That is where kir nemedorski was born. Beans of spaleniec brought from southern Amadal were roasted darker and more slowly so that the brew would be dense and help sharpen concentration. It was meant not only to wake you up—it was meant to bring order to your thoughts. Officers drank it before planning sieges and before signing orders that could no longer be withdrawn.

This is the most complex variety of kir. The aroma brings cocoa, caramel and a delicate hint of spice. On the palate, dark chocolate and almond unfold with a lightly spicy accent. Acidity is low, while the brew is dense and smooth, with a long, elegant finish.
